Nothing on this site or in any material we publish constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, immigration, or medical advice. We are engineers. We build systems that handle information; we do not provide the professional advice those systems support.

Artificial intelligence systems

AI output is probabilistic, not deterministic. Systems built on large language models can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated, including output that appears confident and well-formed.

• We do not warrant that any AI system will produce accurate or complete output in every case.
• Every system we build is designed with human review at points where a wrong answer would cause harm, and we document where those checkpoints are.
• Clients are responsible for supervising AI systems in production, for the decisions made using their output, and for compliance with laws applicable to their industry.
• Third-party model providers may change model behaviour, pricing, or availability without notice. We are not responsible for changes upstream of our work.

Immigration software

Software we build in the immigration space, including form-population systems, is designed to explain forms and surface publicly available procedural information only.

• It does not make eligibility determinations.
• It does not recommend filing strategies.
• It does not select which form or pathway a person should pursue.
• It does not constitute legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Fluxy Brand Group LLC is not a law firm and does not employ attorneys. Neither Fluxy nor any software it builds may practise law. Users should consult a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative. This boundary is a design requirement of every immigration engagement we accept and is not negotiable.

Insurance licensing disclosure

Bryson H. Jones is a licensed Florida life insurance agent and is the agent of record for Full American Financial, an independent agency writing indexed universal life and annuity products. This relationship is disclosed on our Work page and anywhere that engagement is described.

Insurance product information that appears in materials we build for that agency is published by the agency under its own licence and carrier appointments. Fluxy Brand Group LLC, in its capacity as a software studio, does not sell insurance, does not solicit insurance business through this website, and does not provide insurance advice here.

Any insurance illustration, projection, or policy value shown in software we build is illustrative and not a guarantee. Actual results depend on the policy contract, carrier performance, and index behaviour. Guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier.

No securities or investment advice

Fluxy Brand Group LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or securities firm, and no one at Fluxy is securities-registered. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell any security, a recommendation of any investment, or investment advice.

Software we build for financial-services clients handles information; it does not provide advice. Clients are responsible for their own registration, licensing, and supervisory obligations.

Tax software

Tax planning and calculation tools we build implement published federal rules as of a stated version date. Tax law changes, and outputs may not reflect subsequent amendments, state or local rules, or facts specific to a taxpayer.

These tools are not a substitute for a CPA, enrolled agent, or tax attorney. Fluxy Brand Group LLC does not prepare returns and does not provide tax advice.

No guarantee of results

Descriptions of past work show what was built, not what any future engagement will achieve. Results depend on factors outside our control including market conditions, your team, your data quality, and how the system is operated after handoff. We make no guarantee of revenue, savings, ranking, traffic, conversion, or any other business outcome.

Technical work

Software contains defects. We test what we build, but we do not warrant that any system will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure against every threat. Systems depend on third-party platforms, APIs, and infrastructure whose availability and behaviour we do not control.

After handoff, the client is responsible for hosting, monitoring, security patching, dependency updates, and backups unless a separate written maintenance agreement is in place.
